Patrol The Florence Township Patrol Division provides continuous coverage to the citizens of Florence Township 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Shift Supervisor, a Sergeant, assigns patrol officers to various parts of the township to effectively meet the needs of the community. Patrol officers
respond to all calls for service. In addition to responding to criminal
complaints, disorderly conduct calls, motor vehicle collisions, alarm
activations, etc, our department regularly responds to emergency medical
dispatches. Several of our officers are certified as Emergency Medical
Technicians (EMT's) and operate a vehicle that is specially equipped
for their needs. |
