The Florence Township Finance Department is located in the Municipal Complex at 711 Broad Street. The office is staffed by one Chief Financial Officer, one full-time payroll clerk and one accounts payable receivable clerk.

All bills must be approved by the Township Council prior to payment. Vendors receive purchase orders prior to supplying materials or services. An original signature is required on a voucher before bills can be presented to the Township Council.
